Qualifications

• Strong SQL and Python skills with data pipelines experience.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouse.
• Finance knowledge with FP&A, budgeting or planning experience.
• Experience mentoring analysts or contractors.
• Excellent communication with tech and business stakeholders.
• Jira and Confluence familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain SQL/Python data pipelines and dashboards.
• Own architecture and design for data solutions from requirements to deployment.
• Lead multiple projects and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into technical specs and validate via testing.
• Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement.
• Document processes and present status updates.
