Job summary

Bayview Asset Management LLC seeks a Senior Associate, Data & Security Risk to lead analytics initiatives within Information Security and IT Governance. You will develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to support regulatory compliance, data quality, and enterprise risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years of experience in data analytics and reporting for information security risk management.
• Experience with Python, R, SQL for data preparation and analysis.
• Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assess completeness, accuracy, and integrity of integrations between information systems; recommend enhancements to support secure and efficient data exchange.
• Analyze business processes and systems documentation to identify and evaluate risk exposures.
• Ensure data quality and integrity to support accurate reporting and risk insights.
• Develop and maintain documentation for ETL processes, including data mapping, transformation logic, and workflow design.
• Facilitate development and monitoring of KPIs and KRIs aligned to enterprise and regulatory risk management objectives.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for executive, business, and technical stakeholders.
• Align risk management analytics and reporting activities with regulatory compliance requirements and industry best practices
• Translate information security risk data into meaningful reporting to support the annual information security risk assessment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to incorporate business requirements into technical data and reporting solutions.
