Bayview Asset Management LLC is seeking a Senior Associate for Data & Security Risk to lead data analytics initiatives in information security governance. You will build metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to support regulatory compliance and enterprise risk management, partnering with the CISO’s team to enable data-driven decisions.

The role focuses on data quality, secure data exchange, and scalable analytics workflows, with cross-functional collaboration and a remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics and Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in data analytics and reporting for information security risk management.
• Experience with data integrations and data governance for risk.
• Experience with Python, R, and SQL for analytics and reporting.
• Development of KPIs/KRIs and governance documentation.
• Production quality coding for analytics automation and control testing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and deliver data analytics initiatives for information security risk management.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality and integrity for accurate risk insights.
• Translate risk data into actionable reports for annual risk assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate requirements into data solutions.
