Job summary

Qualtrics is seeking a Senior Program Manager to establish and scale an enterprise Information Governance program across Legal, Data & Technology Operations, and Enterprise Data. You’ll build the Data Front Door to enable data discovery, entitlements, and compliant AI experimentation.

You will partner with Legal, InfoSec, and Engineering to implement governance across Snowflake, Databricks, and cloud platforms, while driving self-service workflows and policy automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Security, or Information Architecture in a high-growth tech/SaaS org.
• Deep understanding of data privacy and security frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA) and commercial data licensing nuances.
• Experience setting up, configuring, or administering enterprise data governance & catalog tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Data Galaxy, Atlan).
• Technical aptitude with cloud data ecosystems (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS/GCP), SQL, and data security mechanisms (hashing, tokenization).
• Ability to create user-friendly, self-service workflows while ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a centralized Data Front Door for data access requests and derivative inquiries.
• Curate the Data Marketplace and Use Case Repository with data usage rules and licenses.
• Automate metadata, classification, and lineage tracking across data assets.
• Translate policy into technical controls with RBAC/ABAC and row/column security protocols.
• Drive governance adoption with KPIs and self-service onboarding.
