Job summary

Qualtrics is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Data Security & Information Governance to establish, scale, and orchestrate the enterprise governance program. You will bridge Legal, Data Operations, and Engineering to enable secure data use across a high-growth SaaS environment.

Lead governance frameworks, data catalogs, and secure data access workflows, while partnering with Security, Legal, and Product to ensure compliant AI experimentation and scalable policy enforcement.

Qualifications

• Experience establishing enterprise data governance frameworks and catalogs.
• Ability to design centralized intake and triage processes for data access.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, security, and product teams on data policy.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA.

Responsibilities

• Build the “Data Front Door” intake and triage process for data access requests and complex inquiries.
• Curate the Data Marketplace and Use Case Repository detailing pre-approved uses and licensing.
• Automate metadata classification, lineage tracking, and metadata harvesting with engineering and security teams.
• Translate policy into technical controls, working with InfoSec to enforce RBAC/ABAC and row/column security.
• Drive governance adoption with KPIs, turnaround times, and onboarding documentation.
