Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quantitative analysis role with a Master’s degree in a quantitative field, or 2+ years with a PhD.
• Deep expertise in experimentation and causal inference.
• Strong knowledge of Bayesian modeling and its application to measurement and decision-making.
• Proven ability to design and lead experimentation programs with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement measurement frameworks to understand Trust defense impact.
• Lead the design and analysis of experiments and quasi-experiments in challenging environments.
• Build and iterate on statistical models to quantify risk and surface gaps.
• Translate methodological findings into actionable insights for product roadmap and policy decisions.
• Deliver leadership-ready research with rigorous analysis and clear narratives.
