Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in quantitative roles, deep expertise in experimentation and causal inference, and strong SQL and Python (or R) skills. Remote eligibility within the United States is offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master's degree (or PhD with relevant emphasis).
• Deep expertise in experimentation and causal inference.
• Strong knowledge of Bayesian modeling and its application to measurement and decision-making.
• Ability to design and lead experimentation programs with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement measurement frameworks to understand Trust defense impact.
• Lead design and analysis of experiments and quasi-experiments in complex environments.
• Build and iterate Bayesian models to quantify risk and estimate treatment effects.
• Translate methodological insights into actionable recommendations for product roadmap and policy.
