Job summary

10x Genomics, Inc. is seeking an ambitious analytics professional to join the Strategic Insights & Analytics team.

You will treat analytics as an engineering discipline, building internal products that support strategic decisions across the company and collaborating with senior leaders to translate business questions into measurable models. In this role you will define data foundations and semantic layers, develop growth and forecasting models, and migrate planning from spreadsheets to versioned

Qualifications

Master's degree or MBA with technical focus and 7+ years analytics experience.
Strong expertise in cohort/retention analysis, regression, time series, and causal inference.
Proficient in SQL and Python for data manipulation and modeling.
Experience shipping AI-enabled analytics tools and dashboards.
Excellent understanding of sales processes and enterprise funnel.

Responsibilities

Define customer/market segments and enrich data with telemetry and context.
Model growth sources, activation, retention, expansion, and funnel metrics.
Build territory/account-level demand forecasts and migrate planning to versioned models.
Unify business reviews with standardized views and enable self-serve analytics.
Manage cross-functional initiatives and translate business needs into analytical products.
