Job summary

10x Genomics Inc is seeking a high-agency data and analytics leader to shape the company-wide strategic insights platform. You will implement customer and market models, drive forecasting, and embed analytics across business functions to influence decisions.

The role requires mastery of SQL, Python, and AI-enabled tooling, with a track record deploying analytics to impact revenue, efficiency, and growth. You will partner with senior leaders and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA with technical focus and 7+ years of data analytics/strategy experience.
• Strong expertise in cohort/retention analysis, time series, causal inference, and model deployment.
• Fluent in SQL and Python; adept with AI coding tools and versioned reporting dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain analytics representing company operations and growth.
• Model customer growth, activation, retention, expansion, and forecasting across segments.
• Build versioned planning models and migrate from spreadsheets to code-based processes (GitHub/Snowflake).
• Enable self-serve analytics, standard views, and automated insights tied to company goals.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate business questions into structured analytical products.
