Job summary

Norstella is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to advance AI/ML solutions across pharma intelligence. You will collaborate with product teams to identify opportunities, research algorithms, and deploy production-grade microservices with engineering and DevOps.

The role requires a STEM graduate with 5+ years of AI/ML experience, strong Python and data science libraries, and hands-on work with LLMs and AWS services. You will mentor teammates and help shape our data science platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building AI/ML applications and data-driven solutions.
• Excellent knowledge of Python and core data science libraries.
• Experience with LLMs, prompts, and retrieval augmented generation.
• Deep understanding of state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques.
• Strong CS fundamentals and ability to deploy well-architected software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product partners to identify AI/ML opportunities.
• Research AI/ML algorithms and methods to solve business problems.
• Implement rigorous testing and evaluation with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Deploy production-grade microservices with engineering and DevOps.
