Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master/PhD in statistics, mathematics, operations research, computer science or related field.
• 7+ years in data analysis/science with data-driven decision making.
• Strong understanding of ML techniques and algorithms (k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Trees).
• Experience with data science toolkits and data visualization tools.
• Advanced applied statistics (distributions, tests, regression).
• Proficient with SQL and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Interpret results using basic to advanced data analysis, mining, and pattern recognition.
• Select key features, build and refine classifiers using ML techniques.
• Act as SME in data analytics, guiding peers and stakeholders.
