Qualifications

• 5+ years building AI/ML applications in regulated or complex domains.
• Strong NLP, DL, GenAI, LLM techniques and evaluation.
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks and APIs.
• Proficiency in Python and ML data libraries.
• Experience delivering production-grade microservices.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy production‑ready AI systems leveraging LLMs.
• Build multi‑agent workflows with LangChain/LangGraph/AutoGen.
• Develop RAG pipelines with vector stores and retrieval quality.
• Extend MCP servers to connect data tools to models.
• Architect scalable APIs/microservices with low latency.
• Collaborate with product and science teams on AI opportunities.
• Publish research and prototype new algorithms.
