ICA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to design and deliver data science and AI solutions for healthcare and regulated data environments. This remote role supports the continental United States and requires strong technical depth, ownership from problem definition through production.

A Public Trust Clearance is required, and ICA will assist with the process. Candidates should have hands-on experience with NLP, ML, and unstructured data, plus Python and SQL skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Data Science or related field.
• Significant hands-on experience delivering data science or ML systems beyond prototypes.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with foundations in statistics and experimentation.
• Experience with unstructured data, NLP, or LLM-based workflows.

• Design and build ML, analytics, NLP, and generative-AI solutions.
• Develop multi-stage workflows transforming complex source data into outputs.
• Build and evaluate downstream data-science solutions like predictive models and analytics.
• Establish rigorous data quality, evaluation, monitoring, and governance.
• Translate complex requirements into defensible technical solutions.
