Responsibilities

• Build and deploy predictive ML models to improve patient matching and engagement.
• Design and evaluate experiments to drive product and business decisions.
• Develop recommendation and forecasting models for scale.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Monitor production model performance and improve accuracy and reliability.
• Communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Influence ML direction across the organization.
