This hands-on role offers end-to-end ownership, collaborating with Product and Engineering to take ideas from framing to deployment, monitoring, and measurable real-world impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Data Science experience.

Harnham is partnered with a fast-growing healthcare technology company hiring multiple Senior Data Scientists to build production machine learning solutions that improve how patients are matched to clinical research opportunities.

This is a hands-on role with genuine end-to-end ownership. You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering to take complex healthcare problems from initial idea through modeling, deployment, monitoring, and measurable real-world impact.

What You\u2019ll Do

• Build and deploy predictive models that improve patient matching and engagement


• Develop recommendation systems and forecasting models


• Design experiments and apply statistical methods to measure impact


• Identify high-value Data Science opportunities alongside Product and Engineering


• Own models through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement


• Translate complex analytical findings into clear product and business recommendations

What We\u2019re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on Data Science experience


• Strong Python and SQL


• Experience building and deploying predictive ML models into production


• Strong foundation in statistical modeling and experimentation


• Experience solving ambiguous problems from initial framing through delivery


• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to cross-functional stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Healthcare, life sciences, biotech, pharma, health insurance, or other regulated industry experience


• Experience with causal inference, recommendation systems, forecasting, or Bayesian methods


• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment


• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern ML tooling
