This hands-on role offers end-to-end ownership, collaborating with Product and Engineering to take ideas from framing to deployment, monitoring, and measurable real-world impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Data Science experience.
• Strong Python and SQL.
• Experience deploying predictive ML models into production.
• Solid foundation in statistics and experimentation.
• Ability to translate analytics into product recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy predictive models to improve patient matching and engagement.
• Develop recommendation systems and forecasting models.
• Design experiments and apply statistics to measure impact.
• Identify high-value Data Science opportunities alongside Product and Engineering.
• Own models through deployment, monitoring, and improvement.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear product and business recommendations.
