The role focuses on advancing the platform and building scalable data science tools to support evolving business needs and decision-making. You will collaborate with clinical scientists, biostatisticians, data managers, and engineers to design, implement, and deploy robust data-driven solutions that accelerate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
• 10+ years Data Science experience with relevant degree; 8 years with a Master; 4 years with a Ph.D.; includes 3+ years building production-grade software.
• Strong software architecture understanding and performance optimization.
• Expertise in machine learning and deep learning (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiar with data visualization tools (ggplot2, Plotly, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Experience with GitHub and collaborative software development.

Responsabilités

• Enhance existing platforms through development, validation, deployment, and maintenance.
• Develop and validate data science tools for clinical research and trial optimization.
• Ensure scalability, maintainability, and reliability of analyses via software engineering best practices (testing, documentation, CI/CD).
