Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Economics, Math, Computer Science, or a related analytical field.
• 5+ years of relevant data science experience building models in production.
• Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, and inference.
• Fluency in SQL and Python; able to explain results to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leaders to forecast and automate needs.
• Build and deploy predictive models in Python and SQL.
• Develop AI agents to query and act on People data with guardrails.
• Use LLMs to surface patterns in unstructured data and integrate findings.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering on data pipelines behind models.
• Explain results to senior leadership and HR audiences.
