Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a data and analytics professional to support Category Leadership and Sales teams by translating complex customer and marketplace data into actionable insights, dashboards, and strategic recommendations that drive growth for Strategic Grocery.

You will master diverse data sources, build dashboards, and develop reporting deliverables including weekly sales, market share, and scorecards, while supporting data-driven narratives for category reviews and Joint Business Planning

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
4+ years analytical experience in CPG sales, category management, or retail.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for dashboards and scorecards.
Deep expertise in retailer-specific data ecosystems and syndicated data.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and validation.
Ability to manage multiple tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Master data sources, platforms, and reporting tools for assigned retailers.
Analyze account and market trends to identify growth opportunities for the Sales team.
Translate datasets into clear insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
Develop, automate, and distribute weekly sales, market share, and scorecards.
Support data-driven narratives for category reviews and Joint Business Planning (JBP).
Monitor DSMP performance and communicate gaps in execution.
