Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Camden, NJ is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead end-to-end analytics initiatives, delivering production ML/AI solutions and driving measurable business value across supply chain, marketing, and finance.

You will partner with Data Science, Data Engineering, and ML Engineering teams to deploy models, monitor performance, and mentor junior scientists while shaping analytics strategy and governance in a data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field is required or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying analytics, ML, and statistical models in production.
• Strong foundation in probability, statistics, supervised/unsupervised learning, forecasting, experimentation, causal inference, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of advanced analytics solutions (ML, DL, AI, optimization, data mining).
• Translate unstructured data into actionable insights with reproducible data pipelines and governance.
• Own deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of production models with CI/CD and drift detection.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and R&D to identify opportunities and drive ROI.
• Design experiments, including A/B tests, to evaluate initiatives and guide decisions.
