Job summary

Campbell Soup Company seeks a Senior Data Scientist to lead advanced analytics initiatives in a production environment. You will develop ML/DL/AI solutions, source and clean data, ensure governance, and deploy models with CI/CD in collaboration with data engineering and ML teams.

You’ll work with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and R&D to drive measurable ROI. You'll mentor junior data scientists, influence decisions with rigorous experimentation, and craft compelling data stories for

Qualifications

• Master's or higher in a quantitative field and practical analytics experience.
• 4+ years deploying analytics, ML, and statistical models in production.
• Strong foundation in probability, statistics, forecasting, experimentation, and optimization.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R with scalable, tested analytics solutions.
• 2+ years SQL experience with Snowflake/Databricks/Spark or similar.
• Hands-on ML with pandas, NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, LightGBM, statsmodels.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of analytics solutions including ML, DL, AI, optimization, and data mining.
• Translate data into insights with clean, reproducible data and governance.
• Own deployment and monitoring of production models with CI/CD and drift detection.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and R&D to drive ROI.
• Design experiments (A/B and quasi-experiments) to evaluate initiatives.
• Develop compelling visualizations and narratives for senior leadership.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to analytics standards and docs.
