Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff Data Scientist in Mountain View on a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office).

You will set the analytics vision for mid-market product growth, lead experimentation, and develop ML/LLM-driven features to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention. You will partner with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, and Design leaders to identify high-impact opportunities and translate business strategies into actionable analytics frameworks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data science, product analytics, or related fields.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech is highly preferred.
• Strong experimental design and causal inference experience.
• Excellent ability to communicate complex data to senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Influence product strategy and senior leadership with deep analytics insights.
• Set the analytics vision and measurement architecture for mid-market growth.
• Lead experimentation and causal inference efforts to evaluate initiatives.
• Develop ML and LLM-based features to improve product experiences.
• Identify growth opportunities across the end-to-end funnel and quantify impact.
• Mentor and coach junior data scientists while tackling high-leverage problems.
• Serve as tech team lead supervising 3-5 data scientists.
