Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Staff Data Scientist to lead analytics strategy across fast money and lending products, driving causal inference, experimentation design, and customer segmentation.

You will influence senior leaders across Product, Marketing, Engineering and Design while building reusable analytical frameworks. The role emphasizes mentoring a data science team and shaping an AI-native lending roadmap.

Formación

• Proven ability to translate business strategy into analytical problems at BU level.
• Experience designing and interpreting complex experiments beyond traditional A/B testing.
• Expertise in causal inference, segmentation, and experimentation design.
• Ability to build reusable analytics frameworks adopted across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Set analytics strategy across fast money & lending initiatives.
• Influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams up to VP level.
• Advance the science with new ML and causal inference methods for lending use cases.
• Lead scalable experimentation (A/B/n, bandits, quasi-experiments) and causal methods.
• Develop durable segmentation to improve targeting and product experience.
• Shape AI-native roadmap and ensure measured rollout with safety and ethics.
• Mentor and develop Data Scientists, set standards and scale execution.
