Formación

• 9+ years of data science experience with strategy impact across multiple initiatives
• Fintech experience in lending or related domains preferred
• Translate business strategy into analytical problems at the business-unit level
• Design and interpret complex experiments beyond traditional A/B testing with causal inference

Responsabilidades

• Set analytics strategy across initiatives for QuickBooks Capital
• Influence senior leadership up to VP level across cross-functional teams
• Advance science with ML and causal inference methodologies
• Lead scalable experiments (A/B/n, painted-door, bandits, geo/holdout) with causal methods
• Build durable customer segmentation and targeting insights
• Shape AI-native roadmap with safety and ethics considerations
• Drive build/buy decisions and reusable analytics tooling
• Mentor and develop data scientists across the team
