Intuit's Fast Money & Lending team seeks a Sr. Staff Data Scientist to lead analytics strategy across refund-related products. You will drive cross-functional partnerships with Product, Marketing, Engineering and Design, and raise the bar on scientific rigor and experimentation.

You will mentor data scientists, develop reusable frameworks, and shape the AI-native roadmap while balancing risk, ethics, and business impact. This is a high-visibility, impactful role in Oakland.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of data science experience with cross-unit impact.
• Expertise in causal inference and experimentation design.
• Experience building reusable analytic frameworks.
• Strong communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy across fast money & lending initiatives end-to-end.
• Influence VP-level stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Design.
• Advance science with new ML and causal inference methods.
• Lead scalable experimentation (A/B/n, bandits, quasi-experiments)
• Develop durable customer segmentation and insights across analyses.
• Shape analytics/AI roadmap with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor Data Scientists and scale capabilities across the team.
