Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in quantitative fields with strong data science and analytics foundations.
• Min 6 years leading data science projects impacting business goals, with deep learning experience.
• 6+ years applying data mining and machine learning to solve business problems, incl. DL.
• Deep learning frameworks experience for training and optimization of models.
• 2+ years building learning-to-rank solutions and evaluating ranking metrics.
• 5+ years Python for data processing, modeling, and production deployment.
• 5+ years SQL and cloud data platforms (GCP/AWS).
• 3+ years using LLMs and generative AI in business use cases.
• Strong statistics, causal inference, and experimental design knowledge.
• Hands-on software engineering practices and SOLID principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data science projects with business and technical teams.
• Develop advanced machine learning models to forecast and segment customers.
• Improve onsite search and recommendations through data-driven methods.
• Write production-grade code with tests and maintainable design.
• Build robust evaluation frameworks to measure model performance.
• Collaborate with teams to implement algorithms and leverage research outputs.
• Mentor junior data scientists on algorithms and coding practices.
• Document processes and ensure fault-tolerant data pipelines.
• Communicate findings via visuals, reports, and leadership briefings.
