Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a data analyst role.

• Data management & manipulation with Google Sheets or MS Excel; SQL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer segments by monitoring KPIs and uncovering customer insights to support acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Translate analytical findings into presentation decks and reports for stakeholders.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand analytical needs and provide data-driven insights.
• Support and improve reporting and data visualization by developing dashboards and materials using internal datasets and tools.
• Monitor data quality across sources and evaluate new datasets and sources.
