You will lead data science projects end-to-end, mentor teammates, and deliver production-ready code while collaborating with business and technical teams. The role emphasizes building scalable ML solutions, evaluation frameworks, and data-driven decision support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in quantitative fields.
• 6+ years leading data science projects with measurable impact.
• 5+ years with deep learning frameworks and building ML models.
• 2+ years building and optimizing learning-to-rank models.
• 5+ years Python for large datasets and production ML.
• 5+ years SQL and cloud data platforms (GCP/AWS).
• 3+ years applying LLMs and generative AI in business use cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data science projects from objective to deployment.
• Develop MVPs and production-grade ML solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project goals.
• Write production-grade code with tests and documentation.
• Evaluate models using robust metrics and evaluation frameworks.
• Mentor junior data scientists on algorithms and best practices.
• Communicate findings to business leaders with visualizations.
