Job summary

MedBridge Inc. is hiring a Staff Data Scientist to lead end-to-end predictive modeling efforts for healthcare outcomes. You will frame problems with product and clinical partners, choose methods, build and validate models, and ship them to production in Snowflake.

You will monitor and retrain models, measure usage and impact, and establish best practices for evaluation, documentation, and responsible use of healthcare data. This is a remote-first role open to qualified applicants in the U.S.

Qualifications

• First data science or ML hire in an org; end-to-end model ownership.
• Experience building production models and monitoring.
• Experience with EHR/EMR or claims data.
• Experience evaluating generative AI in regulated domains.
• Strong communication with clinical, product, leadership.
