Calm is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to leverage consumer data to prioritize product and growth investments, and to automate analyses and data products for key decision-makers. You will partner with product and growth marketing to translate questions into actionable insights and experiments.

You will analyze user behavior, measure the impact of initiatives, and help teams make faster, better decisions. This role suits candidates who enjoy exploring new domains and building practical data

Qualifications

• 5 years of data science experience.
• Strong ability to translate business questions into analyses and data products.
• Experience designing, analyzing, and interpreting experiments.
• Proven ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and growth marketing to analyze metrics and inform decisions.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to understand user engagement behavior.
• Design, implement and analyze experiments to measure feature impact on key metrics.
• Develop data products and dashboards to support decision-making.
