SimplePractice is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to lead the evolution of our Marketing Sciences data ecosystem. You will architect the infrastructure powering our growth engine, from performance marketing attribution to productionizing predictive models.

You will bridge data engineering and growth initiatives, ensuring high-fidelity signals for NBA, pLTV, and ROAS insights, and enable real-time activation across marketing tools.

Qualifications

• Experience building data pipelines for marketing platforms and CRM data.
• Strong SQL and Python proficiency for data modeling.
• Experience with Snowflake and DBT in production.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable data pipelines for marketing sources.
• Enable production-grade predictive models and NBA workflows.
• Implement attribution and demand modeling pipelines.
• Support A/B testing infrastructure and experiment logging.
• Collaborate with Growth Analytics, Data Science, and Marketing.
• Align metrics across sources like Iterable, HubSpot, Gong, Segment.
