Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in data science or a closely related field with substantial experimentation work
• Deep expertise in experimental design and causal inference
• Working command of both frequentist and Bayesian approaches and when to apply them
• Experience designing experimentation methodology for real products
• Track record of setting technical standards and influencing partners
• Strong experience with time series and web/behavioral data at scale
• Fluency in Python and SQL, and comfort with modern data ecosystems

Responsibilities

• Own the experimentation standard for G2 and G2 Digital Markets, consolidating practices into a single documented approach
• Influence engineering and product to adopt standardized experimentation, providing tooling and templates
• Define end-to-end requirements for holistic experimentation including platform, telemetry, and analysis tooling
• Design methods for different traffic/iteration constraints and multiple testing scenarios
• Drive exploration of modern experimentation methods and operationalize effective approaches
• Evangelize data science and raise the quality of interpretation and communication of results
