Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on product experimentation experience with A/B testing and causal inference.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries including scikit-learn and MLflow.
• Experience building ML models (GBMs, random forest, logistic/linear regression).
• Background in B2B SaaS or B2C SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead product experimentation programs (A/B tests, causal inference) to improve adoption and retention.
• Build and deploy ML models to inform PMs and engineers.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering to translate data findings into decisions.
• Translate model outputs and experiments into business narratives for executives.
• Establish best practices for experimentation and ML workflows.
