Job summary

BoldVoice is seeking its first Data Scientist in NYC to own how we measure success and inform what to build next. You will design experiments, choose metrics, and call results honestly, then dig into the data to identify the next high-impact opportunity that moves the roadmap.

Housed at the intersection of product, growth, and our speech ML team, you’ll influence decisions with insights from tens of millions of scored speech attempts and a rich dataset.

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL and Python for production data tasks.
• Strong statistical judgment for experimental results.
• Experience designing and evaluating A/B tests and experiments.
• Familiarity with subscription/product analytics.
• Experience with production databases beyond BI tools.
• Ability to translate data findings into product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end experiments and metrics to evaluate features.
• Build and own the company-wide metric layer and retention analyses.
• Conduct deep dives to influence the product roadmap.
• Turn speech and behavioral data into actionable models for product use.
