You will craft data-driven recommendations, create scalable datasets, and influence product direction by communicating insights across the company, helping Notion stay ahead in a fast‑growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate with ambiguity and drive business results.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with at least one scripting language (Python or R).
• Experience using statistical inference and experimentation to make actionable recommendations.
• Ability to transform raw data into useful datasets when the measure is missing.
• Comfort making tradeoffs between speed and accuracy by choosing the right tools.

Responsibilities

• Apply statistical inference and experimentation to understand product impact and guide decision-making.
• Explore ambiguous areas and identify opportunities for the Growth org, shaping strategy and roadmap.
• Partner with product, engineering, and marketing leaders to drive data science and analytics work.
• Determine north star metrics and build foundational datasets and dashboards to monitor progress.
• Communicate findings and drive product and business changes based on insights.
