Job summary

Hinge Health is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join the Growth Data Science team and support the New Products Pod. You will build data science capabilities for emerging products, define metrics, and guide strategy to position, launch, measure, and scale offerings in a hybrid SF office.

You will lead data modeling, funnel optimization, experimentation, and analytics to inform product and marketing decisions, improve member acquisition and engagement, and accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience solving business and tech problems with large datasets.
• Experience using SQL and Python or R for end-to-end analytical solutions.
• Experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and funnel analysis.
• Experience defining metrics and measurement frameworks in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop measurement frameworks and success metrics for new products and programs.
• Design and run experiments to measure incremental impact and prevent cannibalization.
• Build models and segmentations to identify high-value audiences and improvements.
• Create robust data foundations and dashboards for leadership visibility.
