The Hertz Corporation is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join the Data Science & Insights team. You will lead end-to-end model development, frame problems, and deploy scalable analytics that improve forecasting, operations, and customer experience.

You will collaborate with Product, Operations, Revenue Management, and Fleet teams to deliver high-value use cases, mentor analysts, and stay current with data science methods and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred.
• Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science with impactful projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end model lifecycle, from problem framing to deployment and monitoring.
• Build scalable, reliable models and analytical solutions for repeatable decision-making across products and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and operating improvements.
