Linktree is seeking a Senior Data Scientist for its Core Product Analytics team to shape how we understand the product and decide what to build next. With 70+ million creators and billions of visitors, you will translate activity into actionable insights guiding growth, retention and monetisation.

You'll partner with Product, Engineering, Design and Marketing to define critical metrics, design experiments, and build datasets and models end-to-end.

Formación

• 4–5+ years as Data Scientist or Product Analyst in a high-growth, product-led tech company.
• Hands-on experience running a wide range of experiments with statistics, power analysis, and causal inference.
• Advanced SQL and fluency in Python (or R) for analysis and modelling; able to build pipelines and datasets.
• Experience with modern data stacks (dbt, Dagster/Airflow, Snowflake/BigQuery) and BI tools like Hex or Looker.
• Track record of defining product metrics and using data to influence decisions.
• Comfortable in ambiguity and able to persuade senior stakeholders with data.
• Excellent communicator with ability to present findings clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science or a related field (MS/PhD a plus)

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve Linktree's core product metrics and metric trees (acquisition through monetisation).
• Design, run and evaluate A/B tests and quasi-experiments and translate results into actions.
• Lead deep-dive analyses on growth, retention and revenue opportunities.
• Build and own datasets, dbt models and dashboards for self-serve product visibility.
• Partner with PMs and engineering on roadmap prioritisation and success criteria for launches.
• Set and champion standards for experimentation and analytical rigour across the company.
• Communicate insights to product leadership and executives with clear narratives.
