Job summary

BOLD is seeking a Senior Data Scientist, Product Analytics to partner with product and executive teams to drive strategy through rigorous data analyses. You will lead analyses that influence product direction, performance, and stakeholder decisions.

You'll build models, dashboards, and analytics tools, analyze AB tests to improve conversion and engagement, and collaborate with Engineering to advance data infrastructure and governance, enabling scalable, data-driven decision making across teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quantitative data analysis experience, preferably for internet/tech.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries to drive critical business decisions.
• Robust understanding of statistics with ability to explain concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Math, Engineering, Statistics or similar quantitative field.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and delivering impact.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Python and/or R.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau and Looker.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel or similar tools.
