Linktree is seeking a dynamic Head of Data to lead our data organization from strategy to delivery, working with Product, Engineering and Design and the Leadership Team to drive data-driven decision making and AI-powered product initiatives.

Based in our US offices (SF or LA) with in‑office collaboration, you will set the data strategy, build scalable platforms, establish governance, mentor leaders, and partner across product and engineering to unlock value through data.

Formación

• 12+ years in data-related fields including data science, data engineering, or ML engineering.
• Experience leading managers or directors in growing, fast-paced environments.
• Track record of designing large-scale data or AI-driven capabilities.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and people-management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data concepts to executives.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the company-wide data strategy end-to-end from collection to user-facing AI features.
• Build and scale data platforms and governance to support decision making.
• Lead and mentor senior data leaders and ensure team development.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Design to embed data into product and processes.
• Represent Data to the executive team and drive cross-functional initiatives.
