Job summary

Linktree is seeking a hands-on Head of Data Science to lead our data science and analytics org from vision to delivery and operations. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and the Leadership Team to set strategy and drive a fast-moving data and AI driven product.

You’ll build the foundations for analytics, experimentation, and applied ML, mentor senior leaders, and lead initiatives that transform data into actionable insights and measurable business impact across the company.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in data science, analytics, or applied ML.
• At least 5+ years leading managers or directors in fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record of data-driven product capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive company-wide data science strategy end-to-end.
• Lead cross-functional teams and align data capabilities with product and engineering.
• Build and mentor senior leaders and grow the data organization.
• Ensure data governance, experimentation, and scalable ML systems.
