Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking a high-ownership data science leader who can bridge process knowledge with AI across CMC, Engineering, Quality, and external CDMOs. You will design and deploy data models and products that advance our CMC initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will create dashboards and FAIR datasets in Databricks, and apply AI/ML techniques to enhance CMC data review and forecasting, contributing to rapid, data-driven decision making in a biotech

Qualifications

• 5+ years in biotech/pharma process development or data science.
• Strong Python and SQL; ability to collaborate across teams.
