Qualifications

• 8+ years in data science or applied science with production models.
• Experience setting technical direction for AI/ML solutions.
• Experience building personalization, recommendation, or marketing-science solutions.
• Deep hands-on expertise in causal inference and experimentation.
• Hands-on with generative AI and AI-assisted development tools.
• Proficient in Python and SQL; experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience deploying AI/ML in cloud environments (deployment, monitoring).
• Led initiatives across cross-functional stakeholder groups and executives.

Responsibilities

• Define the Data Science vision and technical roadmap for omnichannel analytics.
• Shape how AI creates business value and prioritize opportunities.
• Lead hands-on with Gen-AI to prototype and scale AI systems.
• Design predictive and causal models for engagement and resource allocation.
• Own measurement science and experimental evaluation.
• Partner with product owners to define outcomes and metrics.
• Navigate stakeholder ecosystem across brand, sales, MLR, and vendors.
• Communicate findings to executives and non-technical audiences.
• Productionize AI/ML solutions with engineering and platform teams.
• Raise the bar for scientific rigor and reproducibility.
• Stay at the forefront of ML, generative AI, and causal inference.
