Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline required.
• Master’s or PhD strongly preferred for senior leadership in data science.

Responsibilities

• Define the Data Science vision and multi-year technical roadmap for omnichannel analytics.
• Identify opportunities where AI can drive measurable commercial impact and build business cases.
• Lead hands-on with Gen-AI to prototype and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Design predictive and causal models for next-best-action and sequencing decisions.
• Own measurement science and evaluate AI investments using rigorous methods.
• Collaborate with product owners to translate business outcomes into technical solutions.
• Communicate complex methods to executive audiences; align stakeholders across departments.
• Productionize AI/ML solutions with deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
