Job summary

Axelon Services Corporation is seeking an experienced AI/ML Architect to lead enterprise analytics initiatives in Oshkosh, WI or nearby locations. The role blends architecture, governance, and hands-on model development in a hybrid work setting.

You will partner with senior leaders to identify high-value AI opportunities, guide data science teams, and ensure robust deployment and monitoring across cloud platforms. A strong background in manufacturing analytics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in analytics and AI.
• Proven track record delivering analytics or AI projects with business outcomes.
• Strong business/domain expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or lifecycle services.
• Experience bridging business teams with IT/analytics.
• Excellent communication, business acumen, and senior-leader influence.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical roadmap and architecture for enterprise AI/ML initiatives.
• Partner with executives to identify high-value analytics opportunities.
• Champion MLOps, model governance, ethical AI, and scalable data products.
• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of complex AI models (predictive, prescriptive, generative).
• Translate business challenges into production-ready data science frameworks.
• Provide mentorship to data scientists and ML engineers.
• Collaborate with data engineering, cloud, and software teams for deployment and monitoring.
• Communicate ROI and analytical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
