Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus four or more years of experience in the field or related area.
• Experience with Office tools, Power BI/Tableau, intelligent automation platforms, and ITIL knowledge.
• Strong communication, listening, critical thinking, adaptability and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify and deliver AI-enabled solutions optimizing operations.
• Identify and prioritize AI/ML use cases with ROI projections.
• Bridge AI teams and business users by translating model capabilities into business value.
• Guide requirements gathering across stakeholders to develop comprehensive business requirements.
• Collaborate with project manager and technical teams to execute test plans and update scripts.
