Qualifications

• Accredited Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science or related field with five or more years of related experience.
• Experience in statistics, artificial intelligence, data analytics or machine learning.
• Work knowledge of telematics interfaces, data file systems (Hadoop) and data processing techniques (Kafka, Impala, or MapReduce).
• Ability to work with SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling in Python, R or Java/C/C++.

Responsibilities

• Perform data science assignments, investigations, and visualization tasks.
• Collaborate with data science team, data engineering, software, and engineering groups to execute analytics strategy.
• Develop and validate intelligent diagnostics and prognostics for vehicles using ML techniques.
• Prepare analytics work plans, designs, data processing and reporting under supervision.
