Job summary

Enpal is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to collaborate with stakeholders across ERP, SCM, and logistics to convert complex business questions into reliable data solutions. You will own analytics projects from requirements through data modelling and delivery, using an advanced Agentic AI toolkit to accelerate work.

This role emphasizes data modelling, data quality, end-to-end ownership, and building scalable data models with SQL and dbt.

Qualifications

5+ years in BI, analytics, or data engineering.
Strong data modelling and data quality knowledge.
Experience building data pipelines with SQL/dbt.
Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
Knowledge of ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 or SAP.
Ability to translate business needs into data solutions.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives and analytical needs.
Translate requirements into scalable data models and solutions.
Own analytics projects from scoping to delivery and communication.
Build and maintain reliable data models and transformations with SQL/dbt.
Design scalable data models for trusted decision-making.
Ensure data quality and transparency across analytics products.
Own ERP/SCM data integrations from onboarding to production.
Identify opportunities to automate reporting and workflows.
Leverage Agentic AI to deliver high-quality data products efficiently.
Communicate progress, risks, dependencies to technical and non-technical audiences.
Contribute to analytics standards and knowledge sharing.
