Job summary

Entegris in Round Rock, TX seeks a Senior Data Scientist to lead design, development, and deployment of AI, Gen AI, agentic AI and analytics across manufacturing, quality, supply chain and R&D.

You will build AI assistants, NLP-to-SQL interfaces, semantic search, and reusable analytics frameworks, working with cloud platforms and enterprise data.

This role requires 5+ years of experience, strong Python/SQL, and ability to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in data science, CS, ECE, statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years building data science, AI, or analytics solutions.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Hands-on with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures.
• Experience deploying AI on cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Experience with LangChain, Hugging Face, Vertex AI, or OpenAI.
• Experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery.
• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions using LLMs and Generative AI.
• Build AI assistants, agents, chatbots, and copilot workflows.
• Develop natural-language-to-SQL interfaces for enterprise data.
• Design semantic search and knowledge management solutions.
• Develop analytical tools and automation platforms using Python, SAS, SQL.
• Create APIs, web apps, and self-service analytics platforms.
• Partner with business units to identify AI opportunities.
