Ripple is seeking a Senior Data Scientist in San Francisco to drive analytics across product and business areas, building frameworks to evaluate performance and accelerate insights with AI tooling. You will partner with product leads to shape roadmaps, define success metrics, and raise the analytical bar across teams.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in data science, strong Python/SQL skills, and experience applying AI to analytics, with a background in FinTech or crypto data desired.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data science or quantitative analysis with measurable impact.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to shape roadmaps and inform leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead data science efforts for product/business areas (Payments, Stablecoin, Custody).
• Frame roadmap decisions with product/business leads and define success metrics.
• Build frameworks for product health, causal inference, and forecasting across surfaces.
• Apply AI to accelerate analytics with LLMs and agentic workflows.
• Evaluate growth drivers across customers, corridors, and on-chain activity.
• Define metrics and communicate insights to senior leadership.
• Mentor teammates to raise analytical standards.
